About the Presenters
John G. Miller is the author of QBQ! The Question Behind the Question, Flipping the Switch . . . Unleashing the Power of Personal Accountability and Outstanding! 47 Ways to Make Your Organization Exceptional. He is founder of QBQ, Inc., an organizational development firm based in Colorado, dedicated to “Helping Organizations Make Personal Accountability a Core Value.” A 1980 graduate of Cornell University, John has been involved in the training and speaking industry since 1986. He lives in Denver with his wife, Karen. They have seven children.
Kristin E. Lindeen grew up in the home of QBQ! as the oldest of seven Miller children. Steeped in the QBQ! message of personal accountability, she is uniquely equipped to share it with others. Her clients include corporations, associations, schools, churches, and nonprofits. Kristin holds an M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction Design from Colorado Christian University, and enjoys delivering practical content to groups with a style that is energetic a fun. When not traveling, Kristin can be found at home in Denver, relaxing with her husband, Erik, and their son, Joshua.
W. Steven Brown is Founder and Chairman of The Fortune Group International. Founded in 1970, The Fortune Group has provided many of the world’s most outstanding and successful organizations with training. Steve has personally designed and created numerous multimedia training systems in leadership, sales, change management and personnel effectiveness. Steve authored ’13 Fatal Errors Managers Make… and How You Can Avoid Them’, a classic management text which has been translated into more than a dozen languages. Active for many years in the National Speakers Association, Steve received its highest form of recognition for presenters, the coveted CPAE award.
